Cancellations 

Orders are cancellable within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at support@posturecat.com for further assistance. 

Please note that due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable. All our shipping times are guidelines only and specific time frames are not guaranteed. We therefore are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds for purchases due to shipping delays. 

Returns & Refunds

If your product is defective, arrived damaged or doesn't work properly please notify us immediately for instructions to return it to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement one. We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us for instructions to ship us the product back and we'll issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s).

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $18.99 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
