Shipping policy

After ordering from PostureCat You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

We are proudly to say that we ship worldwide, the usual delivery time outside US is 7-10 days!

Please allow up to 3 days for tracking information to populate and show in the system.

Returns and exchanges

Please note that due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable. All our shipping times are guidelines only and specific time frames are not guaranteed. We therefore are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds for purchases due to shipping delays.

If the item is broken when you're receiving it, we take full guarantee and refund you the product cost without the shipping!
